Our dedicated team is ready to make your stay exceptional! Minivan Transfer from/to the airport available from 600 baht per van. We know all the nice spots in Chiang Mai and in Northern Thailand (touristic and non touristic). If you want we can give you all detailed information about the "must see" places in Chiang Mai and in other cities of North Thailand. We also can provide information and guidance for guest who want to stay longer in Thailand. 🛎️ House Rules 1. 🚭 No smoking inside the bungalows.  A cleaning fine of 5,000 THB will be charged if smoking is detected indoors.  You may smoke in designated outdoor areas only. 2. 🔇 Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM.  Out of respect for other guests and neighbors. 3. 🛏️ Maximum occupancy is 22 guests.   4. 🕒 Check-in: 3:00 PM – Check-out: 11:00 AM  Early check-in/late check-out subject to availability and may incur an extra fee. 5. 🧹 Please treat the property with care.  Guests are responsible for any damage during their stay. 6. 🐶 Pets are not allowed, unless approved in advance.

Neighborhood

The neighborhood is quiet and safe with many shops, markets and restaurants (Thai and foreign) in the immediate vicinity. Meechok Plaza is two minutes from the apartment, where you can find an international supermarkets (Rimping, Tops), many small shops, restaurants and a big fresh market. Other shopping malls are located on 5 minutes drive from the compound. The "Old City" takes a 10 minutes drive from the apartment.

Guest Access

Beside the spacious apartment, you can acces the outdoor restaurant/sitting area and swimming pool. In the garden are many other sitting area's where you van relax and enjoy your drink or food.

This was a great space for myself and guest! I hosted a Women's Empowerment Retreat and there was plenty of space for everyone to have their own area to relax and rest. It was about 15 minutes away from the Old City and in a quiet neighborhood where we could really enjoy the afternoons after our tours. We got the whole place to ourselves and the pool was great! The staff is amazing and there to help you if needed and definitely take them up on the breakfast! I'll be back highly recommend!!

Our stay was nothing short of amazing. The flat is even more spacious than the pictures suggest, situated in a quiet location just 15 minutes from the city center by Grab or motorbike. Conveniently, it's only a few minutes away from 7-Eleven, Lotus, restaurants, coffee shops, and one of the best massage places in all Thailand. The flat came fully equipped with everything we needed, and the common area featured a swimming pool and an even larger TV than the one in our unit. Our hosts were always responsive and offered excellent local tips while respecting our privacy. The experience reminded us of the early Airbnb days, as the family primarily hosts to meet guests from around the world. The delicious complimentary breakfast was an added bonus that made our stay even more special. If this particular accommodation isn't available for your dates, we highly recommend checking out Nha's other properties.

First of it all: This was the best Airbnb experience we've ever had. Nha and Henk were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing und the apartment was much bigger than we expected. Everything was really clean and we felt like home starting from the first moment. Even if the house is not at the the centre, there are a lot of nice restaurants and supermarkets around. Henk and Nha always pick us up with the car, when we wanted to go somewhere in or outside the city. At least they organised a taxi to the train station, when we had to leave. We found our home in Chiang Mai:) Thank you so much!
