Violation is subject to a 5,000 baht penalty for deep cleaning. - No pets allowed. - Events and parties are not allowed. - Children and infants (under 2 years old) are not allowed at any time during your stay. - Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00. - No smelly fruits such as durian, jackfruit, etc., as they can leave lasting odors in the house. - Please turn off air conditioners when leaving the house for an extended time. - If you lose your keycard or gate remote, there will be a replacement charge of 500 baht. Other than that, please enjoy your stay!

Srithana 1 Condominium sits between Nimman, Santitham, and the Old City, close enough to walk to all three. Coffee shops, restaurants, and a bookstore are within walking distance. Santitham brings a more local feel, with young Thais and less tourist traffic than Nimman. The building is set off the main road, so it's quiet and free of the plane noise that hits Nimman. A motorbike rental, laundry service, and coffee shops sit right next door.
