-Smoking allowed on balcony and in the garden. Smoking inside will result in 10,000 baht fine, for deep cleaning and curtains cleaning. -For safety reasons, please do not leave children unattended in the Villa or around the Pool -Please take off your shoes before entering in the villa -We are flexible with the check in hours if our calendar allows it, check with us - No smelly fruit such as Durian, Jackfruit as it gets in furniture and curtains.

Fabulous house with gorgeous pool and gardens and loads of space. Rooms are huge, beds are really comfortable and there’s loads of common space for eating and hanging around. The swimming pool, pool table and cinema room area were a big hit with the whole family. Highly recommend this property for very comfortable and enjoyable stay for a large family or group. Showers weren’t very hot initially but once we let the landlord know it was promptly sorted out. The landlord was very responsive.

Le séjour s’est très bien passé et la villa était magnifique et fidèle au photo. Les hôtes étaient toujours super réactif lorsque nous avions des questions.
