It’s such a convenient place. Surrounded by cafes, restaurants and massage places. Also, the house is very functional, got everything handy for a real life. The host is very considerate. Most importantly, it’s surprisingly quiet despite the lively location. We’ve stayed in the house for 2 weeks. We could just watch squirrels from the balcony. I’ll rebook it if I go back to ChiangMai. Also, the first night, when I heard the plane noise, I was like, I’m doomed. And I’m highly sensitive to noise. BUT! It’s very easy to adapt! Tuned out it didn’t bother me at all. And trust me, plane noise is much better than the Main Street hotels. The ambulance noise and motorcycle racing noise is worse. This place is great! Highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay at this apartment. Very cute and nicely designed, nice building and good location. Balcony was lovely to have a coffee in the morning. Would recommend.

We stayed at Raviwan's place for a full month from early Nov to early Dec. We’ve been traveling for the past 6 months and this was one of the most comfortable (and large) beds we’ve slept on. The apartment has a great balcony and is located on a quiet street in the Nimman neighbourhood. We also felt the building was extremely safe (with very friendly 24/7 security guards). There’s plenty of good food within walking distance as well and it’s easy to get to the old town from the area. For longer stays, the apartment offers great storage from hanging space to drawers. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare some simple meals but you’re in Thailand so there is absolutely no need! Since we stayed for a month, there was also complimentary cleaning offered every week which was very handy. There is a group of hosts so communication was always very prompt. Overall we only have positive things to say about the apartment and highly recommend this place.

Estoy mu feliz de haber estado 28 días en este departamento, fácilmente te sientes en casa, la ubicación es inmejorable en el corazón de Nimman y además el goce de una calle tranquila, fácil para ir a cualquiera de los lugares de interés, Templos, muy buenos restaurantes, The Salad Concept fue mi favorito, lugares de masajes, 7/11, One Nimman y Maya a poca distancia, definitivamente la ubicación es estupenda! El departamento es tal cual lo muestran en las fotos, hermoso, limpio, un amigable árbol que florece al nivel del balcón embellece el espacio y lo hace único, me sentí en casa, cada detalle, la cama deliciosa!! Cada detalle invita a la la paz. La seguridad del edificio y la facilidad para que llegue cualquier pedido online es perfecta. Y aunque lo digo de último no es menos importante, se trata de la excelente comunicación con Alex quien es todo un profesional, un gran comunicador impecable, íntegro, serio, este reconocimiento lo hago extensivo a todo su equipo, muy profesio

I stayed at this condo for one month in March of 2025, and I loved it! The condo is exactly as pictured- nice and spacious, excellent lighting, a full-size refrigerator, comfortable bed, a spacious and fully-enclosed shower, and a large balcony on an upper floor. Laundry service is available on the first floor OR you can do your own laundry using machines on the first floor. The condo is on a quiet street. The area is perfect! Right in the heart of Nimman. The condo is about a twenty or thirty second walk from Nimman street, positioned on the east side of Nimman road. There is a great coworking space on the same block and street (walk opposite of Nimman). Here are the prices as of March 2025: For five hours it is 120thb, for all day pass, it is 180thb. Open every day from 0900-2200. The management team members are responsive. If you want to be in a great location and in a comfortable condo, this is the right one! Enjoy!
