Wow! Above and beyond the expectation for rental. I travel 200+ days a year and 4 months recently around Thailand. Most hosts correctly assume 1 in 5 renters will destroy their property so they use the cheapest sturdiest furniture and accessories. This unit is a luxury couch, luxury kitchen and accessories more commonly found in USA with family incomes exceeding $400,000+. The Views are beautiful. I asked if they had an iron and they delivered a new iron and board within the hour. All questions responded within minutes. The bedroom is in the middle of unit protected by double glass doors and walls so no sound or light can enter. The TVs and decorations beautiful. This is an Airbnb you can live in (I wanted) long term not just a typical highend TH airbnb rental. The neighborhood is the nicest in Changmai. Every detail such as TVs and Appliances is for luxury not just functional. Huge 90sqm rental not your typical choices of 30SQM or Villa 60 mins from town.
