- No pets. - No Parties. - If you lose your keycard, there will be a charge of 500 baht per card - Durian or anything that causes bad smell is not allowed. - No Smoking allowed, even on the balcony. The apartment is located in a residential building where smoking is forbidden. 20 000 bath fine if violated. - Electricity Policy for Monthly Stays: Monthly rentals (28 days or more) include a 3,500 Baht electricity allowance, providing plenty of coverage for typical daily usage, including air-conditioning and modern appliances. Any usage above this limit will be charged at the regular local electricity rate, calculated from the meter at check-out. This approach keeps our monthly pricing competitive while giving guests full control over their consumption. The allowance is designed to be more than enough for normal living, so guests rarely exceed it.
