The place was exactly as described, and had an amazing evening view. It's just slightly outside the central Nimman area, but can be easily walked within minutes. Although the listing mentioned ongoing renovation works, I checked in over the weekend and it was peaceful and quiet. The unit is also away from the direct flight path so the airplanes are not too noisy.

The apartment is homely with cute decor and a beautiful view of the mountains. The location is great - very easily walkable to Nimman or the old town, but the street itself is off the main road so it’s pretty quiet given it’s in Nimman. The hosts are helpful and very quick to answer queries, and there’s always someone on the desk downstairs. Overall it’s a perfect little apartment to have as a base to explore Chiang Mai! I couldn’t do much work at the apartment as WiFi was down initially, and wasn’t super quick when it came back - however the hosts were very responsive in trying to fix it and it was out of their control. Given there is an extensive selection of coworking spaces and nice cafes set up for working very near to the apartment, this wasn’t a massive issue in the end. I didn’t personally cook but it has a fully stocked kitchen. The bed is also very comfortable, slept like a baby 👌🏼
