As always my stay was peaceful and relaxing. This is my second visit and appreciate the quick response to any questions I had. I somehow locked myself out and they always responded quickly and with a smile-so kind. Love ❤️ the location too! I’ll be back soon….

I had a great stay here! The location is perfect — close to shops, cafes, and everything I needed. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials. Communication with the host was quick and helpful, and check-in/check-out was smooth. I also appreciated the clear instructions for using the facilities. Would definitely stay again!

I really enjoyed staying at Nipons condo in the Nimman area of Chiang Mai! After a few days in the old city, I wanted to explore more of Chiang Mai, and this condo was the perfect home base. Located on a quiet side street, within walking distance of many great restaurants, bars, and even a thrifted clothing market. Room was very clean. Bed comfortable. AC works great with no smells. Shower was hot. Everything was perfect for my needs! Nipon was very responsive and easy to communicate with. He kindly provided me with some local recommendations too.
