Super clean, quiet and comfortable for sleeping. Probably the nicest shower I've had in Chiangmai. Big fridge and a nice outdoor kitchen although we didn't use it. Convenient to the University, Nimman, Maya and only 20 mins to old city by walk.

We had a wonderful time in Chiang Mai, the apartment was beautiful and clean, the bed very comfortable! That’s rare in Thailand, so a big bonus, also the kitchen was good. Perfect to cook some meals for yourself. AC works well, nice WiFi! Would recommend!

Great place in a great location.
The condo is on the flight path of the local airport but it didn’t take long to get used to the late night flights
