This fully furnished studio is on the a secured compound of "Desire Luxury Resort" and located in a nice and safe neighborhood with shops and restaurants. De studio is suitable for 2 people (extra beds possible). The studio is on a quiet tropical garden with swimming pool, a restaurant and several patio's. There are several shopping malls nearby.

Good to know

The studio has it's private entrance and is on the ground floor. From the entrance there is a kitchen. There is a working space leading to the small living and bedroom. WIFI/LAN is everywhere available. In the garden is a restaurant/sitting area with a swimming pool.

Other Details to Note

Transfer from/to the airport, train or bus station on request for 250 thb. Grab services are available to everywhere. Tours, car, motorbike and bicycle rental can be arranged. Food and drinks can be organized by yourself or be ordered from us. Coffee and tea is complementary. Water bottles are provided free of charge. We know all the nice spots in Chiang Mai and in Northern Thailand (touristic and non touristic). If you want we can give you all detailed information about the "must see" places in Chiang Mai and in other cities of North Thailand. We also can provide information and guidance for guest who want to stay longer in Thailand.

Neighborhood

The neighborhood is quiet and safe with many shops, markets and restaurants (Thai and foreign) in the immediate vicinity. Meechok Plaza is two minutes from the villa, where you can find an international supermarkets (Rimping, Tops), many small shops, restaurants and a big fresh market. Other shopping malls are located on 5 minutes drive from the compound. The "Old City" takes a 10 minutes drive from the villa.

Guest Access

Beside the studio, you can acces the outdoor restaurant and swimming pool. In the garden are many other sitting area's where you van relax and enjoy your drink or food.

I had a fantastic stay in Chiang Mai! The room was very large, spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. The pool was great— perfect for relaxing after a day out exploring. The location is excellent, just a 4-minute walk to local kitchens where I enjoyed some of the most delicious and very affordable Thai food I’ve had in Thailand. Henk, the owner, is truly wonderful — very responsive, kind, and always willing to help with anything I needed. He’s also a great person to talk to and made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended — I would definitely stay here again!
