It was newly remodeled, so it was clean. It's close to Maya Mall (a 10-minute walk), and there are nice cafes and restaurants out the back door. Sometimes there was a sewer smell in the morning. I guess that's unavoidable because it's an old building. (Old building but well-maintained) Other than that, everything was great. And the kitchen overlooks Doi Suthep, giving it a spacious feel.

What a lovely modern studio, clean and comfy ! So convenient as there are small eateries nearby, cosy cafes, and near to the Maya mall. Laundromats are close by too. And a 7-11 store.
