The location of this house is excellent — it’s very close to Maya and Nimmanhaemin Road, yet still quiet. The interior is comfortable and modern, and the balcony offers a great view. I hope to stay here again next time I visit Chiang Mai. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Hillside 4 and found the location to be very convenient. It is less than a five-minute walk to One Nimman, under ten minutes to Maya, and a short, inexpensive Grab ride to Central Festival and the Old City. The building is somewhat dated but generally well maintained. Common areas were clean and adequately lit, and the building felt secure when entering and exiting. The laundry room on the first floor was clean and functional; it opens at 8am and appears to close around 10pm. Change and detergent are available from the front desk. Our unit was on the 9th floor facing Maya and included a large balcony with views of the mountains during the day and the surrounding area at night. The studio layout was practical and well designed. The open wardrobe area behind the bed included a stool, small desk, and mirror, which was useful for daily routines. Overall, the condo was well equipped for a comfortable stay, particularly for longer visits.
