Great amount of space, really good location yet quiet. Unique decorations made it feel more like staying in a home. They've added a lot more lighting since the earlier reviews. The bedrooms (upper floor) get crazy dry at night, and crazy hot during the day. Lower floor is always cool and comfortable.

An absolute gem of a property right in the heart of Nimman. One of the comfiest beds I've slept on in all of my stays. Host is very responsive, check in was a breeze and they even helped me drop my bags before I had to check in. Great wifi and extra monitor for working, which was fantastic. The only downside was I wasn't able to extend longer. 😭 Understandable why the property books fast. Highly recommend it for folks who want to explore what CM has to offer.

Brilliant spot in the heart of Nimman. Lovely clean room, perfect set up for remote work with desk, second screen & ethernet accessible router. The location really couldn't be better. We will be back for sure.

Very responsive host. If you have trouble finding location of the house on Grab, just text the host. Cleaner comes in every few days to tidy up, which is nice. The house has good amenities and is a close walk to local convenience stores. Highly recommend.

This is my second time staying at Alex place and it just ticks all the boxes for me staying in Nimman area of Chiang Mai. Close to everything, Private bike and carpark in the ground floor and i can get anywhere in Nimman in 5 min and to most places in the old-town within 7 min on my scooter. I will make Alex place my base as I come and go from Chiang Mai. Highly recommended and very responsive to anything you need. Mike

Good location and I enjoy my stay. the host responded fast. The check in instructions was clear,but I had no Thai SIM card so took a bit of time to find the key box because there are 2 locations.

A group of 10 people had a pleasant stay at this place. The host was always quick to respond and helpful. The place was kept clean and tidy. I guess the only blemish was one of the two cooktops were not working during our stay however the host tried to send the handyman. I recommend this place when your group need somewhere quite and private.

Wow! Above and beyond the expectation for rental. I travel 200+ days a year and 4 months recently around Thailand. Most hosts correctly assume 1 in 5 renters will destroy their property so they use the cheapest sturdiest furniture and accessories. This unit is a luxury couch, luxury kitchen and accessories more commonly found in USA with family incomes exceeding $400,000+. The Views are beautiful. I asked if they had an iron and they delivered a new iron and board within the hour. All questions responded within minutes. The bedroom is in the middle of unit protected by double glass doors and walls so no sound or light can enter. The TVs and decorations beautiful. This is an Airbnb you can live in (I wanted) long term not just a typical highend TH airbnb rental. The neighborhood is the nicest in Changmai. Every detail such as TVs and Appliances is for luxury not just functional. Huge 90sqm rental not your typical choices of 30SQM or Villa 60 mins from town.

I had a lovely stay! I booked for a week but ended up staying 18 days here. The location is very close to many cafes and restaurants. ATM across the street and scooter rental just 5 min walk. The apartment is cozy and super clean and new. The bed is incredible comfortable. The view is gorgeous, I enjoyed evenings relaxing on the balcony. There’s also a gym in the lobby that’s only 120 baht day pass. I would book again for a long term stay!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le lieu est idéalement situé dans un quartier très animé de Chiang Mai. Les équipements sont top, un grand écran parfait pour télétravailler et une grande télé 4k avec des comptes Netflix, Max, etc. Malgré la proximité avec l'aéroport, il y a peu de passage d'avions et ce n'est donc pas très dérangeant. Enfin nous avons eu un petit soucis avec la porte pendant notre séjour mais l'hôte a été très réactif pour s'en occuper. Nous recommandons !
